Tropicana counts on MisterWils for the interior design project of its new space in Ronda.
The team led by Bruno has been able to create an eclectic and personal atmosphere that is already attracting attention and is being well liked by the evaluations and comments it is generating.
Tropicana is one of those mythical establishments. Renowned for its good cuisine, especially for its meats, the first establishment (Burger Tropicana) opened its doors in Ronda in the 80s. Much has happened since then and Tropicana has been able to move forward and evolve. Therefore to continue with this progression it needed a new space and a new image, to which the interior design team of MisterWils, led by Bruno Bermudez, has been able to give shape and create this new concept that we are sure will be talked about.
With the change of location, now more central, Tropicana was also looking for a new image to accompany the quality of its cuisine, 100% organic and the care they put into each dish, especially the organic meats. Its name marked the style, so we have used a design inspired by the renewed tropical trends, adding some more personal touches and updating the tropical trend that we are used to find in local and restaurants.
The starting point has been a natural palette, with a strong presence of warm and reddish tones, which we find in the upholstery of some of the furniture and also in the terracotta mortar wall or the cane ceiling. Following this line, furniture has been applied in untreated wood and finished in organic fibers, which provide this natural look. In addition, ornamental plants have been introduced to add freshness even in the ceiling, where they are combined with fabric lamps and basketry. And the counterpoint is the indigo color, which breaks this organic color line and transports us to exotic corners.
Do not miss the brick wall, with brutalist reminiscences and the selection of furniture. You will see how perfectly fit in this environment furniture styles and trends as disparate as the sofa, custom designed and upholstered in a classic blue floral pattern or contemporary style chairs, upholstered in houndstooth and combined with other terracotta velvet.
