6 Major Decorating Trends That Will Make A Mark In 2022

Decorating trends for 2022 are betting on continuing the trail of serene and comfortable spaces in which we feel safe that began last year, but adding new touches of hope in the form of color.

González Arquitectos, for example, already assured the specialized publication AD at the end of last year: “The second half of 2021 has to be optimistic: we are betting on playfulness, incorporating cheerful winks through shape and color”.

The change, however, will be progressive: thus, decorating trends for 2022 dictate that we will fill our homes with those clear and basic shades that bring us calm, solidity and reliability, but we will season them with touches of color that invite joy.

To do so, we can ally ourselves with chairs like Izmal, in Mid Century style, with a tubular steel structure, black powder-coated finish and seat and back upholstered in red, eggplant, brown or rust textile..
