Behind MisterWils is a team of around 30 professionals working every day across our customer service, warehouse, logistics, administration and interior design departments.
We are a company with our own 6,000 m² facilities in Alcalá de Guadaíra (Seville), but above all, we are people who listen to, advise and support every customer.
During our business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, you will be assisted directly by a member of our team in Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian or English. Outside these hours, you can contact Lucía, our AI-powered virtual assistant, available 24 hours a day.
