Fogón de Mariana, a project of CM4 in Chiclana de la Frontera

This is the second renovation and interior design work carried out by CM4 for the restaurant chain Fogón de Mariana, this time in an old restaurant in La Barrosa beach in Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz), where they have once again transferred the new bases of their corporate identity to the aesthetics of the premises.

Again using the color green, hand-glazed ceramic tiles, wood and natural stone, they have designed the image of this new restaurant, giving it a uniformity and unique identity but without losing the common thread already established in the Jerez de la Frontera location.

The restaurant is made up of several spaces, taking advantage of the corner it forms, starting at the entrance you enter an area of tables with the bar in the background, located in the background. In this bar you can already recognize the characteristic elements of the place: green tile, wood and the characteristic hams.

The perimeter of the restaurant is treated with a lattice of green-stained wooden slats placed vertically, which serve to give textures and shadows to the lime cladding, as well as backing or separation with other areas. The other side of the premises is a semi-open terrace, as it is connected to the main hall and to the exterior. In the ceiling, sisal rope has been used again, but this time with a 90-degree installation.
