Grupo Hermanos Martín opens San Tomás, a new concept of urban café and artisan bakery.

For its makeover, the interior designers of San Tomás have used furniture from the MisterWils catalog.

The Andalusian distribution company has inaugurated San Tomás, a new model of urban café and artisan bakery in the neighborhood of Los Bermejales in Seville (Seville, Spain).Av. Grecia, 58 ). The new concept, which was born from the former Horno San Tomás, is the first renovation promoted by Grupo Hermanos Martín in the Hospitality area, a sector in which it has more than 10 years of experience and in which it currently has more than 30 establishments, including cafeterias and ovens.

The establishment, which is already open to the public, has opening hours from 7 am to 9.30 pm from Monday to Sunday. With this new bet, the company wants to offer its customers an experience very adapted to the present time, recovering the craftsmanship of making bread in the most traditional way, with an assortment of more than 50 specialties of breads that incorporate new varieties of natural breads such as quinoa, seeds, soy, oats, cereals, rye or gluten-free. All of them are made with sourdough by the master bakers of SanTomás, who prepare all the varieties every day so that customers can enjoy freshly baked bread, as well as cakes and homemade pastries. In the café, customers can continue tasting bread-based products such as toasts, quiches, cheese-filled breads and also high-quality Iberian cured meats, along with national and local wines and imported beers.

A contemporary and varied gastronomy, which recovers the flavors of always but with more current proposals and all under a more modern and cozy atmosphere, which takes care of every detail with a relaxation area, comfortable sofas and terrace to enjoy the outdoors.
