Alimentari, the Italian essence has a new space in Seville

A large shelf dominates the main wall, where Italian products that you can take home are decoratively displayed.

Alimentari means in Italian “store of waste” and with this spirit, to provide the best of Italy to its customers, offering delicious and genuine dishes, with 100% Italian ingredients, was born this restaurant located in Bartolomé de Medina street in Seville.

The project, which opened in the spring, is a very personal venture by Nicola Migala and his wife, Silvia Campanario. The team is completed with the Neapolitan chefs Lorenzo Falzarano and Ciro Borrigllo, who together were already partners in a restaurant in Rome. Some time ago they decided to change of scenery and bring to Seville the best of their land and the result could not be more satisfactory, in the words of their regular customers, who praise in social networks the virtues of their cuisine and the charm of their space.

In Alimentari you will find, in addition to food products of origin, a menu with the best of Transalpine cuisine. You will enjoy their appetizers, their authentic homemade pasta, a tasty selection of desserts, and especially their pizzas (made in a wood oven brought from Italy, in which in a couple of minutes they cook excellent pizzas where even the flour is imported).

The decorative space is divided into a bar and a lounge with low tables, from which the kitchen and a pleasant terrace can be seen at all times.

The interior design project has been led by Silvia herself, who was very clear about the effect she wanted to achieve: An industrial style restaurant with a vintage touch.

For this, Silvia has resorted to our catalog, choosing recycled wood shelves, a good selection of tables in different styles and a variety of models of our chairs, combining wood, leather, velvet (in shades of terracotta and classic blue) and metal. A successful selection with which he has managed to combine the retro and cozy spirit with the industrial one he wanted for his place.
