Kibo Gastro Club, a versatile catering venue in Seville East

As it is a modern bar, what better location than Avenida de la Innovación. Fran Arroyo, besides being a partner is the chef. Fran studied hotel management in Heliópolis and has worked in Chiva and Ovejas Negras among others. Passionate about Asian cuisine, he works a lot with tuna with which he manages to border on magic. We recommend the diced salmon with spring onions and capers, the Kibo potatoes with salsa brava and, of course, the grilled octopus on crushed potato feira. A delight. And a more than interesting octopus salad as well as excellent potatoes seasoned with melva canutera. All the above presented in a very nice and pleasant place with a spectacular terrace.
