El Colmao, a project by Neuttro in a palace house in Villamanrique

For the decoration, in addition to stylish furniture, the interior designers of Neuttro used the contrast of colors, and by combining the shades they achieved what is an exquisite job.

Villamanrique de la Condesa is a village located in the region of the Marismas del Guadalquivir and with a lot of tradition rociera. There is a legend that says that the Virgen del Rocío (from the thirteenth century) was found in the early fifteenth century in a tree by a hunter from Mures (Villamanrique) called Gregorio Medina. In the seventeenth century was founded in the town a Brotherhood of El Rocío, which began to make pilgrimages to the chapel by the Camino Real. In 1925 it received the title of royal by Alfonso XIII and later the imperial by Pedro de Orleans y Braganza.

The Bodega El Colmao, an emblematic building of the eighteenth century, located in the Plaza de San Roque in Villamanrique de la Condesa, is one of the most unique wineries in the province of Seville. It was opened only for specific occasions and/or dates, exclusive events… by the Catering company Ardea Purpúrea, which is the promoter of this new business project.

The decoration studio Neuttro, directed by Antonio Calzado, has been responsible for the interior design of El Colmao. A passionate and tremendously seductive project capable of transmitting the vibrations, elegance and refined luxury permeate the interior of this house that was a former palace.

The house covers an area of 200 m² and is divided into two floors; the first floor houses the dining room and kitchen, and on the second floor there is a reserved area with three tables that can seat up to 25 diners.
