Burro Canaglia expands in Huelva

The Burro Canaglia restaurants managed by Jesús Laborda, Sira Farfán, Joaquín Domínguez and Socorro Pérez, which have 5 restaurants in Seville, one in Alicante and another one in Madrid, are already very well known. And now begins the expansion in Andalusia, with Huelva as the province chosen for it, where they are located in a strategic enclave, at the confluence of Concepción and Palacio streets, on the corner of Rico and Espronceda streets.

They have arrived with the intention of revolutionizing the traditional concept of Italian-Mediterranean gastronomy by offering a gastronomic experience based on the decoration of their premises and the service, where they are committed to a relaxed atmosphere focused on proximity, making their restaurants become a regular meeting point for their customers.

This new 400 square meter restaurant has a capacity for 100 diners. Distributed on two floors where they have deployed their original and award-winning decoration, with a very eclectic style, where dark colors, brown tones, and vegetation as the protagonist. The furniture, by MisterWils, is one of the secrets to achieve this magical atmosphere that always stands out in all its premises. With upholstered chairs, round tables, leather stools and golden metal, upholstered bench in brown textile, they have been creating different environments, where you can relax and enjoy a great evening.

Of course, you will not only enjoy the comfort, the careful and detailed decoration, but also some exquisite dishes, traditional flavors with very original touches. The gastronomic offer presents an innovative and disruptive proposal, which uses ingredients and techniques of haute cuisine combined with flavors from different parts of the world. Within its menu we will find pizzas, pastas and risottos, but not the usual of any “trattoria”. For lovers of grilled meat there are some magnificent starters, and a section of homemade desserts for those with a sweet tooth.
