Burro Canaglia Bar&Resto the establishment of Italian cuisine

Burro Canaglia Bar&Resto, the Italian fusion cuisine establishment that opened almost two years ago in Luis Montoto, has just opened a new space at José Gestoso streetThe new space is located in a four-storey building where it has deployed both its culinary concept and its particular vision of interior design. Jesús Laborda is at the head of this group, which also recently opened Senza on San Pablo street.

Italian based but going a step further and merging the classic with the experience and background of its creators. The new space arrives with a renewed menu that also debuts in El Burro de Luis Montoto and brings an oriental touch to the proposals.

Each floor has its own stamp. On the first floor there is a mixture of styles where natural vegetation and oriental touches are very present, as is the case with the Balinese wooden donkey that welcomes the diner or the almond tree that crowns one of the tables.

The second floor has a vintage feel with patterned paper and Victorian furnishings, while the second floor radically breaks this style and recreates London’s Victoria tube station. The top floor serves as a terrace with an enclosed space that evokes the vegetation and light of an open one.
