The warmth of the lighting and the combination of its tiles are accompanied by a bar that is both striking and sophisticated at the same time.

Encarnita was born in the old gypsies’ cellar, one windy autumn day”. Thus begins the story of Doña Encarna’s character. Spala Encarnación, after more than thirty years giving breakfasts, lunches and dinners is renewed to give way to a place with a completely changed distribution and an elegant, warm and subtle style.

For the interior design and decoration of this restaurant, colors typical of this land of light and contrasts have been chosen: greens, salmon, red and ocher tones are combined in a chromatic composition that encourages relaxation and rest. The guiding thread is the character of Doña Encarna, a tribute to the cuisine steeped in the popular wisdom of mothers and grandmothers. Hence also the choice of the traditional murals in black ink. And of course, the furniture does not go unnoticed, which brings a fresh and welcoming touch to each room of the enclave.

Cristóbal Escalona and family, owners of the establishment, once again trust Fabián Medina Martín and his team of FABI factoría de buenas ideas to carry out the interior design project of another of their premises, which includes from the naming and brand design to the artistic and technical direction of this assignment.
