PoXao opens, a new project by interior designer Germán Vega.

It has two floors and is a breath of fresh air in this busy commercial avenue.

This new establishment in Nervión (Seville), located on the same Luis de Morales Avenue, is led by the El Traga team, made up of partners Manuel and Pedro Adame and Jesús Rosendo, who is in charge of the kitchen. On this occasion they have teamed up with the brothers Álvaro and Fernando Porta, from Sastrerías Derby 1951, and Manuel Vega, from Antique Theatro.

On the first floor there is a more informal atmosphere where high tables predominate, while the second floor is composed of low tables and is designed for more relaxed moments.

As in El Traga, the chef Jesús Rosendo has opted in Poxao for a market cuisine where they will work both fish and seafood and grilled meats. Although at the beginning it will be Rosendo himself who will be in charge of the stoves, Víctor González will be in charge of the kitchen, with a menu that bets on both tapas and dishes to share.

Being so close to the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán stadium, on match days they will offer a more informal and quicker cuisine with special montaditos, such as roast beef or red tuna.

The interior design was the work of Germán Vega and, in addition to modern furniture with colorful upholstered chairs and benches, light tones predominate and the natural light that enters through the windows plays an obvious role.
