Malasaña Triana is an establishment where modernity and tradition merge.

Malasaña Triana is a new gastronomic establishment located on Calle Trabajo, in the Barrio Voluntad, between Los Remedios and San Jacinto. It belongs to a group of young partners, two of them from Triana, headed by Alberto Rodríguez, Fernando Amaya and Adolfo Oliva. Its philosophy combines modern cuisine with the tradition of Triana, offering creative dishes at affordable prices.

After a thorough renovation, Malasaña is transformed into a cozy atmosphere that integrates into the neighborhood with large folding windows that connect the terrace with the interior. The terracotta-toned walls are adorned with large mirrors, while the columns feature wood paneling and the floors are tiled with hydraulic tiles. In the background, above an area of upholstered benches, there is a vertical garden framed by a luminous light with the name of the establishment.

The rattan chairs and wooden tables are located on a pleasant terrace next to a small garden area, providing a respite from the hustle and bustle of traffic. The high tables are located next to the large windows and in front of the bar, where we also find high stools.
In the interior room we find again the set formed by rattan chairs and wooden tables with metal frames, which together with the decoration, provide the characteristic stamp of a modern bistro.
