DELIVERY TIMES
OVER 17,000 chairs in stock, 3,000 stools, 1,300 table tops, 2,500 table structures, 2,000 lamps, 120 sideboards, etc.
Thanks to our management model, we have a permanent stock of more than 30,000 units of different models of furniture and lighting in our warehouse, available for immediate delivery.
The stock and an efficient transport and order preparation service allow us to work with very short delivery times, from 2 to 4 working days in mainland Spain, 5 to 7 working days in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, France and Portugal.
- Delivery time in Spain. For deliveries in Spain peninsula it takes 2-4 working days. We have direct daily truck to Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Murcia, Zaragoza, Cadiz, Malaga, Badajoz.
- Urgent delivery If you need the order URGENT or on a specific date, please contact us and we will look for the best option, so that everything arrives on time.
- Delivery time in the Canary Islands. For deliveries to the Canary Islands it takes 5-7 working days. We have ship to Tenerife and Las Palmas on Fridays and the goods to Major Islands arrive on Wednesdays. For smaller islands we have to count 4 more working days.
- Delivery time in Balearic Islands. For deliveries in the Balearic Islands it takes 5-7 working days. We ship by container ship, via Barcelona or Valencia.
- Delivery time in Europe. For deliveries in continental Europe it takes 5- 12 working days.
- Others: In the case of a delivery in a shopping center by appointment or in a pedestrian street with time restrictions consult the deadline with our Commercial Department.

The purchaser declares to have ensured that the conditions of access to the place of delivery allow the effective delivery of the product without special equipment. In the event that the delivery requires the use of specific equipment (in particular forklifts), the customer must have it operational. The goods will be delivered on the ground floor, being at the customer’s expense to take them up to the upper floors of buildings or premises. Delivery charges do not include assembly, lifting and unpacking. If you need these services, please consult availability and costs at comercial@misterwils.com. In case of unjustified refusals of reception or absence of the purchaser during two delivery appointments, the purchaser must organize, at his own expense and risk, the withdrawal of the products from the transport agency designated by MisterWils (EMPRESA MISTERWILS S.L.) and their effective delivery to the desired address. In no case, the material impossibility to proceed with the delivery of the products will allow the cancellation of the sale without the agreement of MisterWils (EMPRESA MISTERWILS S.L.).
Attention: The delivery time of the orders, begins once the payment is verified in our bank account, either by transfer, credit card or Paypal.

GOODS WITHDRAWN BY THE CUSTOMER
In the case of items that are picked up by the customer or his carrier, we have no liability in case of damage, damage or loss of the transported goods once the goods leave our premises. In such a case, the carrier/customer is obliged to carry out an external examination of the goods and their packaging. If the carrier/customer detects insufficient packaging, he may make reservations on the consignment note.
RECEPTION
The buyer or his agent must check the condition of the packaging and the number of packages/bundles at the time of delivery. Please note any incident on the carrier’s delivery note. All orders are checked twice before they leave our warehouse, but in case of not receiving the products that come in the quotation, in terms of quantity, color or model, the buyer will have to notify as soon as possible the incidences to MisterWils (EMPRESA MISTERWILS S.L.) by mail to comercial@misterwils.com and send photos of the detected anomalies. In that case we will proceed to the withdrawal of the articles sent by mistake and to the shipment of the correct articles and all these steps will be free of charge for the buyer. The buyer undertakes not to throw away the packaging of their products until you check that the order is correctly delivered in terms of models, sizes and colors.
GENERAL
These General Conditions shall apply to all Orders and/or Quotations accepted by the Customer and shall automatically become a Contract between the parties, starting to apply from the moment of acceptance of the Quotation and/or Order request. The fact of accepting an Estimate and/or requesting an Order implies the prior knowledge and the express and unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these General Conditions of Sale and Warranty, which shall govern in all their terms, unless otherwise expressly stated in the Order or Estimate, in which case they shall govern in priority.
ORDERS
For the buyer, orders are definitive from the moment of payment of the deposit.
The buyer will not be able to cancel the purchase or order placed if the product in question is custom made or personalized exclusively for the customer, according to the customer’s specifications. Orders and purchases between MisterWils (EMPRESA MISTERWILS S.L.) and its customers must always be made in writing by mail in order to avoid mistakes. In the case of personalized or custom-made articles, please consult comercial@misterwils.com. The manufacturing deadlines of custom-made products of our carpentry or upholstery workshops are always valued in working days and are approximate, they may vary a few days depending on many factors.
INVOICES
If you wish to receive your invoice electronically or on paper, please write an email to comercial@misterwils.com, expressly requesting to receive the invoice for your order, providing us with the order number.
PAYMENTS
The following payment methods are available:

During payment
– PAYPAL: If you have paid with Paypal, the payment will be made at the end of the purchase.
– PAYMENT BY CARD: Some banks may show a pre-authorization and a subsequent actual charge. This amount will be automatically unblocked. If this is not the case, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the unblocking of the pre-authorization.
– TRANSFER: If you have chosen Bank Transfer, please note that if you place the order from mainland Spain, please use the order reference as payment reference. The order will not be shipped until the full amount has been received in our account.
If you place the order from another place, you must wait for us to contact you to inform you of the shipping costs involved in your order. Do not make the transfer until you know this information. The bank details to make the payment will be shown once you press the “PAY NOW” button.
– BIZUM: If you finalize your purchase through Bizum follow the steps indicated once you hit the “PAY NOW” button.
– Financing with SEQURA: Divide in 3 your payment
Divide the payment of your order in 3 equal payments, without interests, only with a study cost of 2.95% of the order that you pay at the moment of the purchase. The rest of the payments have no associated cost. One payment per month. No more. Instantly and without paperwork.
For example, if you choose to pay an order of 100 ¤ in 3 months, you would pay 33.33 ¤ at the time of purchase (+ 2.95 ¤ opening cost) and another 33.33 ¤ the following two months. The monthly charge is automatic on your card. Always the same day of the month you made the purchase. If that day is not the best for you, you can change it at no extra cost.

WARRANTY
In case of apparent defect or non-conformity of the delivered product with the technical characteristics of the ordered product, MisterWils (EMPRESA MISTERWILS S.L.) will respond to the consumer for a period of 1 year for contracts and 2 years for individuals, date that will appear on the invoice or purchase receipt.
The products are guaranteed against any material or manufacturing defect, for three years from the date of delivery of the products. The user may submit a declaration, and under this warranty, MisterWils (EMPRESA MISTERWILS S.L.) undertakes to replace, repair or refund the product recognized as defective.
A lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after delivery of the product shall be deemed to have existed when the product was delivered, unless proven otherwise.
In the absence of proof to the contrary, it shall be presumed that any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within 1 year for contracts and 2 years for individuals, following delivery of the goods, was already present when the goods were delivered.
MisterWils (MISTERWILS S.L.) will send a courier to pick up the product.
Once it arrives at our facilities we will examine the returned product and we will inform you by email within a reasonable period of time whether to proceed with the refund, repair, replacement (if any) or termination of the contract. The refund, repair or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item.
The products we sell, especially those made of natural materials such as wood, rattan, bulrush, wicker, and other natural fibers, may often present characteristics of their composition. These characteristics, such as variations in yarns, texture and color, shall not be considered defects or flaws.
Exclusion: Deterioration and defects caused by normal wear and tear or by an accident due to an external factor (incorrect assembly, faulty maintenance, improper use, natural catastrophe, etc.) or by a modification of the product not foreseen or specified by MisterWils (EMPRESA MISTERWILS S.L.) are excluded from this warranty.
In case we do not have stock we could not immediately restock your item, you can do three things:
- Waiting for it to arrive again, that we will have it back in stock.
- Exchange it for a similar product that we have in stock.
- Request reimbursement of the purchase amount and shipping costs.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer and user will have a period of fourteen calendar days (14 days) to exercise the right of withdrawal from receipt of the order. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by any means permitted by law (letter, email, or using the withdrawal form: graphics.misterwils.com/mister-wils-modelo-de-formulo-de-desistimiento.pdf). To expedite the process we recommend indicating the items to be returned and the order number. We also recommend that it is returned in the original packaging because if it is not returned in the same packaging of origin the good may suffer a depreciation.
Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal on your part, MisterWils will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any charges as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to us at (insert the name and address, if any, of the person authorized by you to receive the goods), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the end of this period. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Products manufactured with special measurements or customized to the Customer’s specifications cannot be returned, except for those that are defective or incorrectly supplied.
In the event that the contract price has been financed, the exercise of the right to finance will in turn give rise to the termination of the credit without any penalty being applied to the consumer.
DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the information you provide will be incorporated and will be treated in the files owned by MISTERWILS, SL in order to provide our services and to keep you informed on issues relating to the activity of the Company. MISTERWILS, S.L. undertakes to treat confidentially the personal data provided and not to communicate or transfer such information to third parties. We also inform you of the possibility of exercising your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data in person at the offices of MISTERWILS, S.L., accompanied by a copy of ID card, or by mail addressed to: Calle Fridex Cuatro, nº2, Pol. Likewise, in compliance with the provisions of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, we inform consumers that, as a member entity and under the terms of the Code of Conduct, users may turn to Confianza Online for alternative dispute resolution(https://www.confianzaonline.es/como reclamar/formulo-de-reclamaciones/). If they concern electronic transactions with consumers, or data protection when related to this area, the complaints will be resolved by the Mediation Committee of Confianza Online, accredited for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes.
