Our Curves Elm wooden chair is made of steamed bentwood parts, screws and nuts. The wooden parts were made from elm wood slats heated to 100 °C, pressed into cast iron molds and left to dry at a temperature of about 70 °C for 20 hours. The chairs can be mass-produced by unskilled workers and disassembled to save space during transport.
